Jake Harry

Jake is a top 100 LinkedIn Sales Star, Founding Coach of SDR Nation, and a thought leader in Outbound Sales. Jake is a true technician of outbound outreach and oversees our sales organization. He takes a data driven approach to continuously researching best practices of cold and warm outreach techniques. Jake has built countless successful models based on learning the client’s value prop, buyer persona, and ROI goals. He then builds outreach campaigns and training modules for our reps to execute. Jake has extensive experience in many verticals and with companies ranging from startups to global organizations.

Jake Cockerham

Director of Training
Jake is the Director of Training after building and managing fully scalable models for various strategic accounts. Jake oversees all aspect of training for NSC. He leads our BDR Bootcamp and the training modules of our consulting efforts. Jake focuses on onboarding new employees with our proven processes and providing ongoing support to assist in employee growth. Jake works with our clients at the Executive level to ensure we are implementing existing best practices as well as proven strategies to maximize our client’s ROI.

McKenzie Wheeler

Director of Strategic Accounts
McKenzie has led multiple, strategic efforts for NSC. She has lead teams of all sizes and specializes in accounts with hard-to-reach buyers from enterprise to SMB offerings. McKenzie has extensive experience managing SDR teams for ABM accounts and pairing extensive tech stacks to outbound outreach. She works directly with clients at the Executive level to continually improve and maximize efficiency on the SDR teams.

Richard Sidelinger

Director of EdTech Sales
Richard applied our Methodology for Growth the EdTech industry and is now our fastest growing vertical. Richard did this by deeply understanding the market, listening to the client’s goals, and pure hustle. Rich now oversees a large team which includes many former educators. He takes best practices to build customized models for each EdTech client with great success.
